Fits 2007 to 2008 GM Silverado and Sierra on a 1/2 Ton chassis with a 4.8L or 5.3L engine with Flex Fuel option; fits all wheelbases except Extended Cab with long bed configuration; also fits 2009 to 2013 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra on a 1/2 Ton chassis with a 5.3L engine with Flex Fuel option; fits Extra Cab with 6.5 foot bed and Crew Cab with 5.5 foot bed only; fits 2 and 4 wheel drive models.
